One thing about the future of higher education that is not in dispute is that it is being disrupted. A revolution is under way in how education is being created, delivered and consumed. And a lot of it is happening outside the ivy walls of traditional universities. Traditional qualifications are being supplemented – some say supplanted – by tiny, bite-sized, skill-specific offerings called microcredentials.
